Local shipping and international shipping

We have national shipments through USPS, the prices depend on the weight of your purchase and the rates that the USPS service handles. At the moment we do not handle international shipping but we hope to expand the scope of our creations as our small company grows. 

Returns

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to offer returns. Please email us with your order number, and a description of the problem and if it arrives damaged please include a photo of the problem, and we will guide you through our simple return process. Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of the sale date.

Please the toy needs to have the original label untouched. The product must not have been used and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be in the original undamaged box and packaging with all accompanying materials intact. Once we receive the returned goods, we will process the refund.
